If you feel that you are not getting enough nutrients from food, then consider taking food supplements. Choose one that contains no harmful additives and preservatives.
Avoid medicines that contain acetaminophen.
These include Sudafed, Tylenol and Bromo because these medicines decrease the level of glutathione in the body. Glutathione is a natural antioxidant that helps fight free radicals that causes cancer. It is also a natural detoxifier.
